Vaccine confidence in Lebanon is high compared to other countries. The latest data we have for Lebanon is from surveys conducted in 2020 which showed that 87% of people feel that vaccines are safe and 90% think they are effective. 94% of those surveyed said they believe it’s important for children to have vaccines and 74% feel that vaccines are compatible with their religious beliefs.
Between October 31, 2020 and December 15, 2020, 26,759 individuals were surveyed across 32 countries via nationally representative survey designs.
