Vaccine confidence in Argentina is high1 compared to other countries. The latest data we have for Argentina is from surveys conducted in 2022 which showed that 86% of people feel that vaccines are safe and 90% think they are effective. 91% of those surveyed said they believe it’s important for children to have vaccines and 69% feel that vaccines are compatible with their religious beliefs.

Confidence in vaccines in Argentina has declined since the first surveys carried out there. In 2015, 98% of people felt that vaccines were safe while 97% thought they were effective. 99% said they believed it was important for children to have vaccines and 90% felt that vaccines were compatible with their religious beliefs.
