The latest data we have for Mongolia is from surveys conducted in 2022 which showed that 71% of people feel that vaccines are safe and 83% think they are effective. 79% of those surveyed said they believe it’s important for children to have vaccines and 26% feel that vaccines are compatible with their religious beliefs.

Confidence in vaccines in Mongolia has declined since the first surveys carried out there. In 2015, 69% of people felt that vaccines were safe while 92% thought they were effective. 95% said they believed it was important for children to have vaccines and 45% felt that vaccines were compatible with their religious beliefs.
